What are your life goals: Become the best I can be, travel the world, and give back to those who gave to me.

What are your fitness goals: I want to grow in to someone people can look up to and be inspired to push them to there full potential.

How many years have you been training: I’ve been training for 5 years.

How often do you train: I train 5-6 times a week.

What is your training regime/split: I like to start with shoulders on Monday, Tuesday legs, Wednesday chest and tris, Thursday back and bis, Friday arms and light shoulders, and Saturday light leg workout.

What is your favorite muscle group and exercise: My favorite would be chest and back.

What other sports do you participate in: I participate in IM Football.

What is your favorite meal: Steak Quesadillas.

What is your favorite cheat meal: Zinger Mountain Melt.

What motivate/inspires you: What motivates me is when people say they look up to me and that I inspire them which pushes me even harder.

Who/what figure inspires you: Someone that really inspires me is Arnold Schwarzenegger.

What do you do in your free time: I like to cook and go fishing.
