Home Workouts From Some of The Greats In The Fitness Industry

Right now, every social media fitness influencer, motivator, enthusiast or whatever else you want to call them are coming together to create home workouts for those of us that NEED to get a lift in. Here are some routines created by a few of my favorite influencers along with links so you guys can follow along:

Home workout: No weights needed!  

Circuit Style: 45 seconds of work // 15 seconds of rest  

As many rounds as possible (minimum of 5 rounds)  

 

Exercise 1: Burpees 

Exercise 2: Mountain Climber

Variation #2

Circuit Style: 30 seconds of work // 15 seconds of rest 

2 round minimum  

 

Exercise 1: Push-Up to DB Alt. Row  

Exercise 2: DB Squat  

Exercise 3: DB Stiff Leg Deadlift  

Exercise 4: DB Curl to Press  

Exercise 5: Reverse Crunch  

Exercise 6: DB Side-To-Front Raise  

Exercise 7: Alt. Heel Tap

Home Workout: Leg Day  

Circuit Style: Different Rep Rages for Each Round // 30 seconds of rest  

 

  1. Jumping Jacks to Squats - 30 seconds 
  2. Assisted Pistol Squats - 10 reps per leg 
  3. Air Squats - 15 reps Rest 30 seconds 
  4. Bulgarian Lunges - 10 reps per leg 
  5. Forward Lunges - 10 reps per leg Rest 30 seconds 
  6. Invisible Chair Squat Hold - 30 seconds 
  7. Jumping Jacks to Squats - 10 reps 

 

Advanced - Repeat workout twice more
