Circuit Style: 45 seconds of work // 15 seconds of rest
As many rounds as possible (minimum of 5 rounds)

Home Workout: Leg Day
Circuit Style: Different Rep Rages for Each Round // 30 seconds of rest
- Jumping Jacks to Squats - 30 seconds
- Assisted Pistol Squats - 10 reps per leg
- Air Squats - 15 reps Rest 30 seconds
- Bulgarian Lunges - 10 reps per leg
- Forward Lunges - 10 reps per leg Rest 30 seconds
- Invisible Chair Squat Hold - 30 seconds
- Jumping Jacks to Squats - 10 reps
Advanced - Repeat workout twice more
